I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, where my curiosity for people, art, and design led me into digital and web design, and eventually into UX and product design

At Post Office, I moved beyond pure UI into product-level impact - rebuilding the design system to scale across revenue streams (+40% component reuse), redesigning key travel and financial journeys improving conversion rates, and partnering with product managers and engineers to test and iterate new features
