My story
I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, where my curiosity for people, art, and design led me into digital and web design, and eventually into UX and product design
What I do now
At Post Office, I moved beyond pure UI into product-level impact - rebuilding the design system to scale across revenue streams (+40% component reuse), redesigning key travel and financial journeys improving conversion rates, and partnering with product managers and engineers to test and iterate new features.
